CEDAR SQUIRREL FEEDER: Handmade of cedar and treated with Thompson's Water Seal. Stainless Steel Screws used to secure unit together. Galvanized crown stapes used for trim and other light areas. A gallon glass jar (included) used for feed which keeps it dry. Feed can be purchase at your local Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes or hardware/garden store. Attach to a tree, post or wooden fence. Jar securely snaps in place preventing it from being knock out. Measures: 17" long x 16" tall x 8" wide
OPTIONAL DUAL CORN HOLDER: Also handmade of cedar and treated with Thompson's Water Seal. Has two stainless steel screws at each end to apply corn cob (not included). For shipping purposes dual corn holder & squirrel feeder are not attached, which just screws to the base of feeder (instructions and screws included). Measures: 16" long x 8" wide x 16"

Yes, our squirrel feeder roofs are designed to have that option. It's an $9.00 upgrade. Just custom order with your request and we will reply with the availability of your choice.

The squirrels & I love this feeder, it's well made and looks good. I've got several types of squirrel... big Eastern Grays, rarely a Native Gray & little Native Browns... who love to sit in the shelter & on the corn cob platforms (-the screws!) and leisurely munch away, esp in the rain. The little native browns especially love to sit inside the jar facing the opening as they Bogart "their" stash, lol! I actually have one Blue Jay who's made it a regular stop in between squirrels. He has a difficult time flying onto the corn cob platform, but once there he's able to claim his reward. Btw, they're so well made and cute (I love the little squirrel sticker!), that this is my 2nd feeder, as I'm going to put one out back as well. Shipping was fast & feeder extremely well packed!!

This was my second purchase of the cedar squirrel feeder from Sporty Crafts because my squirrels love the first one so much! It is very well made and shipped very securely. I am very happy and highly recommend this squirrel feeder and the company that makes and sells them:)
